Customer subscriptions and product use are governed by the agreement and order accepted for that service. These terms cover the public website and trial-request journey.

Using the website
You may use this website for lawful business enquiries, product demonstrations, trial requests and access to a CoreCare product assigned to you. Do not probe, disrupt, overload or attempt to bypass security controls.
Demonstrations
Website demonstrations contain representative information and illustrate typical workflows. They are not a promise that every feature, integration or configuration will be available in every plan.
Free trials
A trial request does not require a payment card and does not create a paid subscription. Trial access is subject to eligibility, acceptable use and successful workspace setup. The 30-day period begins when access is activated, not when the request form is submitted.
Paid services
Before a paid service begins, we will provide a quote or order describing the selected product, price, term and relevant limits. No payment is taken through this public website unless a clearly identified checkout is introduced and you actively approve it.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the website accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. We may update content, demonstrations and these terms as the products develop.
