Request account helpExisting customers should use their agreed support route and include the product, affected workflow, time of the issue and a safe description. Never send passwords or sensitive records by ordinary email.
Send a general enquiryPotential vulnerabilities or suspected account compromise are handled separately from general enquiries so the issue can be contained and assessed.

The exact plan depends on the product, data and integrations. Scope, responsibilities and support targets are confirmed in the customer order and onboarding plan.
Identify users, responsibilities, critical records and the day-to-day process.
Review source quality, sensitivity, ownership and the validation needed after migration.
Prepare roles and workflows, then train the people responsible for approving live use.
Check access, core scenarios and agreed support routes before production launch.
Service expectations
Support availability, response targets, recovery objectives, backup arrangements and any out-of-hours cover are defined for the service being purchased. CoreCare does not present every product as having identical or round-the-clock cover unless it is agreed.
Data requests
For product records, contact your organisation’s administrator first because the customer normally decides how that data is used. Website privacy requests can be sent to privacy@corecaresystems.co.uk.
